Boy Oh Boy!

These are the layouts I worked on during the weekend and early part of the week. Yup, I scrapped boy pages! The very adorable and handsome little boy in the layouts is my nephew Korey! Isn't he such a cutie?!

Title: U R full of Wonder

I submitted this layout for the March challenge at Scrap the Boys, a site devoted to boy pages. The requirements were: use "you are" on the title, and journaling should be at least 50 words. Used a mix of Prima, and WRMK pps.

Title: Fall Delight

Used fall papers from my friend Joanne (don't know what brand).

Title: Leaves...with Korey on top

Used a mix of October afternoon and Basic Grey offbeat papers.

Thanks for looking...

Flower Girls and Sweetheart

I finished these layouts last week. I actually did these for the DT call at Scrapmuse. I didn't get the spot but I'm happy with these layouts nonetheless.

I finally got to scrap this picture of DD Julia and her cousin Gabie. They were flower girls at their Tito Jimmy's wedding last Jan 2008. I think Webster's papers are perfect for this picture.

Some close-ups...

I love these pictures of Ally with us. At 2 years and 8 months of age, she is such a sweetheart!

Sketch # 42 is up!

Sketch # 42 at Creative Scrappers is up! Here's the sketch:

Here's my take:

Title: Happy Day

Journaling: You were excited to see the characters but get scared to have your picture taken with them. You chose to pose beside Pooh's hunny pots instead. (HK Disney, Feb 2009).
Used the fun WRMK White Out papers, mixed with Prima Dude pps.

Quick Layout for the Weekend

I scrapped at my friend Rita's scraproom last Saturday and this is what I came up with... a layout for challenge #39 at Method Playground. The requirements were to use at least 5 different patterned papers from different manufacturers. I used Scenic Route, American Crafts, October Afternoon, Sassafrass, and Prima pps. This was a fun challenge!

Title: Lifetime Buddies

I won a RAK!

"My Pals" seen at the previous post won in Yvette's challenge at Scrappin Kids last weekend. I got this generous RAK from Yvette today. Thanks so much! You are so generous. Can't wait to play with these goodies esp the old book paper and the felt embellishments!

I scrapped this weekend!

I haven't been able to scrap for about 2 weeks, was busy with other things and I needed to catch up with some rest but finally, I was able to scrap this weekend. Yipee! It felt good to cut some papers and put them altogether.

I finished the following layouts, for Scrappin Kids weekend of challenges.

1) Yvette's challenge - scrap about your child's favorite character or bedtime story. My DD Ally really loves Pooh and Piglet. I've had this picture printed out for quite some time already.

Title: My Pals

Journaling: You got your first Piglet stuffed toy on your first birthday and it was instant attraction. Since Pooh and Piglet are friends, you like them both but are more attached to Piglet. From that time on, we have accumulated quite a number of piglet stuffed toys in different sizes. You are always together and Piglet has gone to so many places with you (Cebu, Dumaguete, HK). I'm sure you'll have more memories togehter.

2) Issa's challenge - use red, some old stash and at least 3 pics. I used 7Gypsies and Scenic Route papers that I've had for about 6 months already.

Title: My Heart Belongs to Daddy

Journaling: We want Daddy to: brush our teeth, give us a bath, read us a story, sleep beside us. We love you!

Thanks for looking! I still have 2 layouts on my table that need some finishing touches.
