A sketch really gets me scrapping! Here are a couple of layouts I finished recently which were inspired by sketches.
This is for A Peek Into Yesterday's sketch challenge for the month. Sketch is from PageMaps Used Basic Grey Lemonade pps for this one.
This layout is based on a sketch #84 by Valerie Salmon. Used Cosmo Cricket Girl Friday and October Afternoon Cherry Hill pps for this one.
And this one is for Design Dollies' last sketch for the month. Used Pink Paislee, and BG bittersweet pps, plus flowers from Prima and the local craft store.
Journaling: ...someone who knows everything about you and loves you anyway. (unknown).
Thanks for looking!

Innocence
This is sketch #42 at Inspired Blueprints...
And this is my take....
I actually had a hard time working with these Cosmo Cricket papers coz the colors are not the colors I'm used to. I'm not into neutrals so much, hehe!
Hurry! You still have until the end of the month to work on this sketch and upload it in the gallery!
Thanks for looking!

Inspired by Challenges
Challenge blogs really help me in finishing layouts. Here are some that I finished recently:
1) For Method Playground's felt challenge.
2) For Scrap the Girls challenge using Mark Twain's quote: "Dance like no one is watching. Sing like no on is listening. Love like you've never been hurt and live like its heaven on earth." These are photos from Ally's first Christmas school program!
3) For Dotty Divas ad challenge. Those are Ally's chubby little feet when she was 2 years old.

February is Love Month at ScrapMuse
When you think of February you think of LOVE! At ScrapMuse we are going to dedicate the month of February to spreading the love. "Spread the Love" will be a month long contest held on the ScrapMuse message board. We are going to spend the first 5 days of February getting everything ready for you. You will have the rest of the month to earn points by spreading the love about Scrapmuse, participating in weekly challenges, joining our Blog Hop, and posting on the message board. Since the contest is all about love.....there will also be random "love" points handed out! You will find a complete list of rules and ways to earn points on February 5th in the "Spread the Love" section of the message board. The grand prize for the scrapper with the most "love" at the end of the month will be a Brand New March 2010 Mega Muse and a July 2009 Mega Muse. We will also select a second place winner from a random drawing who will win a March, 2010 Mini Muse.

A Scrappy Saturday
I had a scrappy day with the LB Scrapaholics last Saturday to celebrate Rita's birthday. We met up at 2 pm and called it a night by 10 pm. I'm so happy I finished 4 layouts! I planned on finishing 5 but eating and talking got in the way. LOL! Here are my finished projects...
This one is for the sketch challenge at Design Dollies!
It feels great to have these photos scrapped! Have a great week ahead!
