ScrapMuse September Kit Reveal!

Here are the rest of my layouts using the September ScrapMuse kit! I really love the color combo for this month, orange and teal with a touch of yellow.

Title; Ready for school?
Journaling: You seem so ready for school with your new outfit and new backpack. Little did we know that you will cry and refuse to be left behind (june 2009).The theme for this month is about school, and it's the perfect chance to scrap about Ally's reaction to going to school for the first time. She cried a lot and refused to be left all by herself at school, but luckily after almost 2 months, she now enjoys going to school, thanks to her first best friend, Sophie who keeps her company all the time.

I also did some paper rolling for this layout...

My next layout is about the bond that Ally has with Daddy. At this age, she is such a daddy's girl!

Title: Sweet love
Journaling: You and Daddy share a special bond. You adore Daddy so much and you give him slobbery kisses and the tightest hugs. I love seeing the two of you share moments like these.
I stamped on the letters then applied glossy accents.

I also like dabbing fluid chalk on the flowers for a distressed look...

Okay, this layout is about me and my typical day...

Title: My Typical Day
The journaling is quite long, but I wrote down my usual routine.

Lastly, I used the entire GCD transparency as the base of my layout. I didn't use any background cardstock to create a "see-through" look.

Title: Confidence
Hidden Journaling: I love it that you smile so confidently even if you have a toothless grin.
Please do check out the new look of ScrapMuse, the colors are sooo cool and refreshing! Also, please join our monthly challenge... it's all about teachers and school. You can read about the details here!
